The Nature of Nano

The Nature of Nano is an immersive multi-channel audio visual installation first shown at A Grand Exposition, part of the Manchester Science Festival.

The work focusses on the research of the The Sarah Staniland Group of the University of Sheffield. The group seek to synthesise novel, precise, bio/mineral nanomaterial architectures for nanotechnological and biomedical applications.

The installation comprises of video, photography, interaction and sound design. The result is an immersive and informative experience that explores work at the cutting edge of            bio-nanotechnology and how these technologies will shape our future.
